Steady day to day fine and sunny all day though a bit windy. I had blood test at the doctors first thing which i have to have every month. Keith had a few jobs which took him till after dinner to do.

We took molly a long the sea front for her stroll had our drink it was nice sitting there until molly decided it was time to carry on. we came though the park it was really sunny there.
