Rotten Tomatoes!

I opened the veggie bin to make a salad tonight and found this well-past-its-prime tomato lurking at the bottom. I have promised myself I would get back in the blip habit, and suddenly here it was in my hand: the blip of the day.

What does one do with an over-ripe tomato? Mangle it and feed it to a green plastic lizard of course. Is there another option? I think not!

Tomorrow there is a Used Book Fair here in Portland and I am going to be there as a volunteer and taking pictures. Hopefully I will have something interesting to share.
