Lines

We escaped our condo during a break in the rain and headed to town for lunch. I liked the way the weak sun was falling on this wall of our restaurant, especially when combined with the circular light fixture and curved bamboo, but in color it was very muddy as all the elements had the same tone. Changing it to black and white helped focus my attention on the lines of the image and with a little judicious use of the sliders, I was able to heighten the contrast and bring the photo more in line with what I thought I was going to get when I snapped the shutter.
