World's Smallest Clone Trooper/Jedi

Caleb's cousin stayed the night last night and it was Caleb's turn to blip. He wanted to make this shot yesterday, but I had already blipped. He was NOT happy. He is happy today though.

Is a Clone allowed to have a light saber? There might be some galactic law that is being broken. No doubt an investigation will be held to clarify this matter.
