do not play

Miss Pink can't read. She can't read the sign on the display toy outside the shop that says "Do not play on this toy - it is for display only". She also doesn't understand Mummy when Mummy is trying to enforce the rule about not playing on the display equipment. So I gave up. I'm a bad mummy who lets their child have a lovely time baking cakes and serving dinner in the playhouse outside the shop that is for display purposes only!
