Birthday Surprise

Well it was my daughter Emily's birthday today and she like her mum is horse mad so what better surprise than arranging a baby sitter for my little boy so we could go out for a hack together.

She thoroughly loved it and im surprised that i managed to keep it a secret right up to pulling on the yard. (I had my jodphurs hidden underneath a pair of tracksuit bottoms when i went to pick her up from school)

She ended up having to wear 2 coats as she was freezing but she still enjoyed it despite the torrential rain. The sun came out just as we were heading back to the yard.
