Blessings

Lunch hour, a great salad, a good book, a woman and her 2 children digging for clams, boats coming and going, the wind carrying the excited cries of a young man to his family from the dock, "I caught 3 crab!!!", seagulls celebrating, water lapping the shore, the smell of salt air, the second day of summer.

Climb in the car, radio comes on, and the first words I hear Laura Story singing:
