Mel Gibson's Table

The story goes that while visting Symi for a couple of days, Mel Gibson and his daughter sat at this table one evening, had a couple of drinks, enjoyed the view (which is even better at night), paid and left. Several other people who were also at the bar, recognized him but decided not to disturb him and instead left him to have a quiet drink and remain, apparently, anonymous. I'm not sure how true the whole story is but he definitely did visit Symi. I hope he enjoyed himself.

Unfortunately, he wasn't there when I took this snap. Obviously!
