Saw this random quote today and it tied nicely with a photo I took walking to work. And its pretty close to my life motto.

Great thing about DSLR's is there are so many things to play with. The combinations are endless, always something new to master and then use in combination with something else, and then just when you think you've mastered something the photographic subject throws up factors previously not encountered. I've really enjoyed playing with a prime 50mm lens last couple of days and using this lens means you've got to stand in the "right" places, for example shadows of yourself can be good or bad! With f1.8 means manual focus is quite productive, now I'd really love a prime lens around f0.9...time to save$$$
