~Spring Time Ocotillo~

~Reverse Study In Black & White~

This plant image was not reproduced in color
because in a week or two the buds on this desert bush
will explode in bright red and pink flowers.
I will photograph it again, in all its glorious splendor.
So, to quote a line from 'The Rocky Horror Picture Show'
"An - ti - ci - paaaaaa - tionnnn!"

I have three other images of the Ocotillo in its dormant stages,
Thorns In A Blue Sky, Desert Moonset and Environs #9.

As you can tell I really like photographing the desert plant.
