holiday!

Today we hosted what we dubbed the "MTV Pool Party 2011". It was pretty cool. We're out here for a wedding so we invited the gang down to the villa for sun, pool and bbq. It was ace.

But today wasn't without catastrophe..... shortly after this photo was taken I was stung by a massive hornety wasp thing on my ring finger. As I panicked about my rapidly swelling finger and the possibility of my ring getting stuck I squeaked at one of our friends that he should "Grab the ring". Much confusion ensued as we were pretty much all sitting in rubber rings, and he assumed I wanted him to remove the rubber ring from beneath me.....

Anyway, I live to tell the tale but absolutely can't fit my engagement and wedding ring on my finger.
