Gym with a view

Very little work was done today as i technically had a volunteer leave day (2 of which my company kindly pay me for each year).

Today a few of us went down to Foodbank - a wonderful not-for-profit organisation that collects and stores food that would otherwise go to waste. They then distribute it to other charities to provide it to those in need.

After we finished up i headed back to the office quickly to do a few things before heading off to the Physio.

Now i'm at the gym, this pic was taken from just in front of the bikes - makes the slog a little more bearable!
