Upside down

Greetings from Amsterdam.

Joined Mrs DP last night for a long weekend. Smooth journey with Sleasy from Luton, a glass of wine or two before and during the flight, and before I knew it she was at the gate at Schipol greeting me. Joyous.

Home is a gorgeous flat in the Jordaan area, opposite our favourite brown cafe Van Puffelens. First day spent mooching around the markets here with frequent stops for cake and coffee then beer and chips. All very relaxing. No sign of Elmer, Orchid or Tiger, yet!

Hearty congrats to a certain Grandmama on her blip day. She's an institution here, and long may it continue. Well done Mum!!!
