The Battle of Wits

No words can describe my frustration with this thing. IT DOESNT POP UP. No matter how I twist, pull, push down and twist and bang on the counter top. The conditioner popped out like a gopher, but this stubborn one simply does not want me to get the satisfaction of enjoying my shower.
