Pickles

Woke up with a horrific cough this morning - my allergies have been slowly working their way down into my lungs over the last week and now it's full blown bronchitis - yuck. But I did manage to get in to the doctor's today, so now both Jer & I can rest easy at night (I've been keeping him up with my wheezing and whistling).

Made these Vietnamese Daikon & Carrot Pickles tonight - we'll see how they turn out in the next few days. I hope they're good because I made a bunch!
