My City Day 247 Postcard 178: Contemplative Spaces

A high relief impression today. As my school year runs down I am out on my bike a lot more. I came across this relief and spent some time wondering the story behind it. I will need to investigate it. This is another aspect of blipping every day...I go to places I would not normally visit:-0
