Velocity

Went for my first 'proper' bikerun of the year today and decided I would blip a shot each time my cycle computer told me I had covered 2 miles - all from the moving bike. It was a brilliant day, very warm for the time of year - although I did have a ropey time of it between 46 and 50 miles. Thought I was gonna have to curl up at the roadside :(

Distance covered: 56.2 miles
Time riding: 3:44:06
Top speed: 33.1 mph
Climbing: lots - did a loop I've not done all of before, which included a stinking ascent of nearly 4 miles non-stop. Will do it the other way next time ;)

Feels good now. Fish supper and a couple o' beers for tea for me, I reckon :)
