Drip drip
After a beautiful sunny day this evening descended into darkness and downpours. I don't mind; it gave me a chance to use my new bendy flash wotsit (Rogue Flash Bender I think is its exact name). Bought this a couple of days ago as a short term emergency measure for the portraits I was doing yesterday in a very dark and high ceilinged location. Sadly, "short term" and "emergency" still meant shelling out 35 quid for this bit of kit.
But I have to say, it served its purpose yesterday, making what could have been a disaster into something tolerable. And tonight in the rain, and dusk, helped a little macro shot here of some dripping lobelia.
Maybe it wasn't such a bad investment after all. Will be handy for weddings too.
