How to cook an Egg

So the wife and I had a little bet this evening over how to cook a frittata - She was so confident that it ended up being £500. Of course, there is technically no right answer, but given this was a specific recipe and whether it was baked or not. Its funny when people are that confident about things. No remorse. Now what to spend it on?

PS: Gooseberries were damn good, finished them off tonight. I got some more tonight whilst I could. Didn't make ice cream this time-cooked them in a simple sugar solution (i.e. water and sugar) and served with vanilla ice cream and shortbread.
