What if we don't want to be fake?

I walked past this with my daughter. At the moment she is only just starting to read so she couldn't see what it said. But as she gets older is this the attitude she is going to end up with? Is this the message that she will be bombarded with? That you aren't good enough as you are?

Can I keep her believing in fairies and keep her convinced that she is precious and gorgeous as she is?
