I don't like these Mondays

So I have started a diet again today, which isn't too unusual for a Monday. What is different this time is that its teatime & I'm still on it! I am not a natural when it comes to eating lettuce leaves & the like, which makes my battle with the bulge all the harder to win. Complete cold turkey this time (ie no glass of wine).
Be warned everybody, I will be snapping heads off very soon.
