Lemon Thai!

Confession: I have been craving Pad Thai for the past three weeks. Ask my friends, I have been stalking events that have hinted at serving Thai food but haven't had any luck! I was super close to giving in and actually ordering and paying for it myself, but the Pad Thai gods smiled at me today and it was ordered for a meeting I had to go to tonight! :) Life is now complete AND I saved money! What more could a girl want?
