'Down to Margit'

We've been to the seaside today, Margate in Kent, for their Big Event. It's a free airshow and was very well attended despite the weather. Luckily the huge black cloud skirted around the back of Margate and the display area just above the sea stayed fairly clear.

I have lots of Red Arrows photos as I am so in awe of them. I would never tire of watching them. My lovely husband indulged the plane spotter in me and took me to Manston Airport after the show to see them on the ground.

I was also impressed with the Hawk display. The female pilot is an inspiration.


Long live good old Margate!
