Every Dad has his Day!

And Philip certainly had his! This is one of the many, many cards he got from the kids. It's my favourite because:
1) Philip works from home so the kids assume that he is surgically attached to a computer for most of the day.
2) Hannah's meticulous attention to detail means that in the "google" search engine space is the phrase "best dad ever" and the answer has come up below...
3) There's no way any shop bought card would have nearly made him have a wee bubble the way this one did.

The kids have been great today - we took them to a garden centre and they behaved! Woo Hoo - we got to stay and have a coffee. They were so good that we even chanced our luck and bought some plants. Granted, Callum did try to fish out the koi carp from their wee pond and we did have to physically remove him from the building in that whole "weeeeh let's go flying but actually we're lifting you up because it's the only way to remove you from the toys without you throwing a hissy fit and trashing the place".

In other news, it's our wedding anniversary today too! 12 years happily contentedly still married.
