New favourite book
I have wanted this book for a long time, and finally caved in and bought it for myself. So far I've made two recipes, and they are AMAZING. Literally the best onion rings ever (I don't usually like them, but these ones are oven baked with bread crumbs, and really, really good). I also tried a recipe for "chickpea picatta", which the best thing I've eaten in ages. I'm not a vegan, but this book is great. I would really recommend it :-)
