Wigan locks

MrsSalamander and I went for a walk along the canal today. We drove to the furthest point we normally walk, then parked the car and walked further on. We made it to the locks at the top of Wigan. There are twenty one locks in this flight! This is probably about the sixth or seventh one down. There was a bit of a hill next to the canal which provided a suitable vantage point.
