According to the Uxbridge English Dictionary (for those who listen to I'm Sorry I Haven't a Clue) it is what you say after you've trodden in something ;)

Had a successful running day at the club track today... nothing broke although my regulator didn't work as expected so had to go back tot he old one... will need to look into that. New boost regulator worked a treat though.

So, time for a fathers day supper :)
