It is at the edge of a petal that love waits.

well today is Fathers day! Didn't see dad until 4 this afternoon though. Wrapped his presents this morning- woops! and sent him a lovely text as he was at work saying 'Happy Fathers day Smelly :)' 'cause thats the loving girl that I am .
Went to see nana and Grandad today- My nana makes the best roast dinner ever! And the best desserts today apple crumble :)
When I got home I gave dad his present- a couple of bits of clothes and alot of sweets! Went into the garden to try and find some nice pictures to blip and I asked dad if I could take a picture of him seeing as it was fathers day but NO!
Went on facebook and saw the most beautiful poem written by my cousin. Today was the first fathers day she's been without her dad and the poem read-
If I could write a story
It would be the greatest ever told
Of a kind and loving father
Who had a heart of gold

...If could write a million pages
But still be unable to say, just how
Much I love and miss him
Every single day

I will remember all he taught me
I'm hurt but won't be sad
'coz he'll send me down the answers
And he'll always be my dad
