Aromatic Crispy Duck
Today is Fathers Day, and both kids were away for half the day each at various activities which was unusual.
We had a family treat, Chinese Aromatic Crispy Duck. With apologies to the non-meat eaters in the audience, No 1 Son loves meat and picked the carcass clean.
