Have you seen my heart?

Having heart problems today, i think it's because i havnt had much sleep lately..

My mind wonders off as soon as i go to bed, wich results in lack of sleep.

Maybe my heart is broken in so many places that it can't be fixed anymore, i stoped believing after two unsuccessful operations.
