Simple pleasures

Backblipped 19th June

Glorious day so headed off nice and early.  Did a lovely walk around Loe Pool then down to Loe Bar, just down the coast from Porthleven, which has glorious views out to sea. Also met three Border Terriers too - though none of course as good looking and handsome as Bill!

Back to Helston to get a pasty from the famous Horse and Jockey Bakery, though they didn't have my favourite cheese one :(

Down to Porthleven to eat them at the harbour and finished just as the first spots of rain fell!

Rain finished as quickly as it started, so headed off to a dog friendly beach to have a bit of fun. However yet again we got to the beach that say's dogs are allowed in the book that we have, to find new regulations in place saying no doggies!

Had a quick stop off in Mullion Cove which had some impressive waves coming into the harbour. Then went to try another beach in the hope we'd get on it.

And hurrah for Coverack! A rocky beach, however lovely just sitting, playing with Bill, building rock piles and gazing out to sea.

Still a bit disappointed with what I'm getting from using my filters - think I must be doing something not quite right so a bit more reading I reckon when we get back.

Gym when we got back "home" and a very nice relaxing evening with a wee glass of wine and chilli!
