Fly tippers

Look at this MESS!

I think fly tippers are just the lowest of the low, they have no consideration for other people. Who wants to go for a walk and see someone's old manky duvet?!!

In this day and age, there's no reason for this kind of mess - there are plenty of local recycling facilites, and just a couple of miles away, the council have just spent a lot of money upgrading the county recycling plant to make it easier for people to use, and it doesn't even cost anything to use!! Dumping rubbish is just sheer laziness, and it makes me MAD!

Ok the rant is overI! m away to have a wee glass of wine to calm me down!

BTW my empties always go to the bottle bank on a Saturday/Sunday morning.
