a day filled with light

more and more I turn to recognize myself after a year with "someone else" :) I'm back to the strength inside and the capacity to really enjoy the moment. Had such a delightful breakfast at the balcony and remained there with a good book. I could sense how my body protests nowadays when I eat junk food. Ordered some books about raw food. Lets see what comes out of it!

took the shortcut through the woods walking to the supermarket - stood there watching the leaves, all the green in the sunshine and heard the birds singing - you know a moment of happiness!
