Free Syria!

Little time to spare and wanted to go to visit Manchester Cathedral. Travelled all the way there and found it closed because of an ordination service. Hundreds queuing. All with invites.

So took to wandering instead. Got in the midst of a noisy demonstration anti the Syrian regime. I don't know what Queen Vic thought of it! But a very nice Muslim greeted me as his "good friend" and gave me his view of the situation.

Not what I had planned for the afternoon - but very interesting.
