On the steps

Mussels in the garden for lunch again today, although the weather wasn't so good - a bit cloudy but the sun came out eventually. We cooked the mussels with lardons and sliced oignons de Trébons, sweet onions grown from plants I bought in the Gers after Lilas told me about them, and a little white wine.

This was taken on the way back home from the garden, as we waited for a cycle race to pass. I tried a couple of shots of the cyclists but wasn't quick enough.

Going out to see a play tonight, a performance organised by the Cercle Occitan - it sounds very light, but it should be fun and will be followed by muscat wine and patisserie.
