purple....

I snatched a dry, not so windy moment in the garden....looking at what's growing...last year's winter killed my lovely olive tree off...it was in a big container...no way could it be removed...so I led a nearby clematis to wind itself round the leftover....also planted another evergreen clematis in the pot....they seem to like being together.....

looking forward the the winter flowers of the evergreen....this blip is a bud of the other one...
I love how it's petals 'untwist'.......looking forward to the full bloom....
