Rig and helicopter shut down by weather, were in Africa not the north sea???
Torrential rain for 4 hours so the helicopter can take off.
Normally this is the best sight you can see on a rig a helicopter with your name on a seat going home.
Not for me today, kind of glad as i dont like flying these paraffin budgies in bad weather especially at the moment due to the large amount of white tipped sharks around the rig.
This is due to the cook throwing his slops over board, we have told him if we catch him again he is going in because the last thing you want to think about as you abandon a rig is will i stay here and burn or get eaten by the sharks (hard one that).
