Triple Play

Third night in a row that Jer hit it out of the park with dinner. Tonight he made Pasta and Pesto with Potatoes and Green Beans from Essentials of Classic Italian Cooking. We got this book as a gift years ago and it just got lost in the sea of cookbooks.

I had this dish in Malibu in January and my cousin C mentioned that she had made it before. She showed me what book she got the recipe from and I was super excited to find out that I already owned the same book. I will definitely be taking advantage of this book more often now.
