Ghosting in to Montague Harbor
Well, I thought I had a blip of bones (for DaveH!) and then there were eagles and turkey vultures,(not quite sharp enough!) but after sitting on the beach in the late grey afternoon with H and a glass of wine, I decided this fit the day. (I can do the bones later..)
And I liked the near and far rocks - The gulf islands are made of sedimentary rock, NW to SE , mostly sandstone and shale, which offer lots of interesting patterns and colors for photographers. And we could relate to these cruisers on their jib and mizzen, trying to get to an anchorage, drop the hook, and start dinner.
