Headless chickens

Neil, Joe and I did some exercise tonight at the local park where the council have kindly supplied numerous workout stations. It was good to get away from the computer screen and get some air in the lungs.

Our routine was simple but effective and consisted of 4 stages:

1. Run to the park
2. Complete all the workout stations around the park
3. Run home from the park
4. Cardiac arrest
