We've Got Talent

For the last couple of months I have been organising our schools talent contest. We have had auditions at school and tonight was the "Live Final" at the high school. We hold it there as they have the capacity to hold a large audience along with the sound and lighting board and the big stage.

We spent all afternoon decorating the stage and sorting out tombola and raffles and refreshments and the whole time our kids were going mad on stage singing and dancing and mucking around. Show them a stage and they are off!

The big event came around this evening (no blips then I was far too busy!)

We had 15 acts singing, dancing, magic, musical instruments - the lot. All primary school kids from P4-P7 (so my kids were either too old or too young to take part). What a brilliant night - they were all fantastic!

Glad its over now though - I can get my life back!
