Dear Diary - bad news today, my dear elderly neighbour has been told her Non Hodgkins Lymphoma that incidentally has been in remission for 15yrs has reared its ugly head and is back. So it looks like the Tracheostomy that they did last week will be permanent, and they will start with Radiotherapy.
