Lunch walk

I managed to grab a quick 30 mins walk around 2pm today to clear the head from a busy morning, I had planed another photo however the rain put me off walking he extra distance so grabbed this in the park behind work.

I have spent some lovely sunny lunches in the botanics looking for the perfect bee shot which I can never seem to get and again I have made do with this one.

I am taking part in a 55km cycling event tomorrow so its time to prepare, carb loading (crisps and peanuts count don't they?), a little sugar (Haribo) and lots of water then bed...
