Ox-eye Daisy - Leucanthemum vulgare
Annie is giving a presentation on forage foods tomorrow so we have been making some dishes for the other students to taste.
One dish is Ox-eye Daisy Raita.
A good hand full of Ox-eye daisy leaves roughfly chopped in a bowl with 150ml Natural Yogurt & 150ml Coconut milk, juice of half a lemon, mix and leave(pardon the pun) to infuse 10 mins at room temp...
its doing that now and then I an going to have some with some with Naan bread & Saag Aloo. good job I made plenty
Other dishes made are Nettle & Bishop Weed Soup and Elder Flower Cordial ,
