Lizard

I've been trying to capture a photo of one these for ages now. They come out blurred or I capture the tip of a nose or the end of a tail or it runs away before I can focus properly!

Today I went out to water the plants and surprised this big one! He was so surprised he didn't move for ages.

We have several who live out on the terraces including Big Boy and No Tail. This is Big Boy I think! They all look the same apart from size.

During this visit I've discovered that lizards made a chirruping sound when they see another lizard. I've also discovered that just before they're going to grab an insect they waggle their tails just like a cat!
