Taking shelter...

... from the wind and rain. Not easy photography weather if you worry about water on the lens (as I do!).

I'm going to go shopping (as far as the rainforest in all probability) to buy a book which might help identify bugs and flies.
I'm not a totally impatient person (it's ok, Himself rarely sees blip!) but I do waste a lot of time googling bugs and flies and not finding the right one!
Perhaps this is a stage of development in a bug I've previously blipped. They're pesky in that respect it would seem. Like teenagers and the moon, shield bugs have 'phases'.

The most frustrating part of the day was seeing a baby green woodpecker just outside the kitchen window, and not being able to interrupt a telephone call to grab the camera!
But never mind!

It's Friday... And the red wine forecast is... Too late! Cheers! Happy Friday all!
