Roast Dinner

I have been craving Roast Dinner. I blame this on Kate! See here and here. The descriptions of Kates Roast dinners have had my mouth watering.

This is what I call my Summer Roast dinner. Roasted new potatoes and pan fried chicken instead of the normal.
