Still Not Long Enough

This is all I have today I'm afraid. Just before 10 pm I went down to the beach to see what I could do with my "old" screw-in B+W filter that fits my 17-85mm kit lens. (Since I only have an adapter ring for my slot-in Lee "Big Stopper" that fits my 10-22 lens currently awaiting a repair estimate. It was pretty dim outside and I tried 2mins, then 3 mins and finally 7 mins - still not long enough. At which point I gave up. I tried upping the exposure and fill light in Photoshop, but the amont of noise is horrendous. Even running it through the strongest setting of Topaz DeNoise couldn't rescue it.

Finally made it to the doctor's this afternoon, to check out my chronic earache. He listened carefully but in the end could do about as much for my ears as DeNoise did for my photo. Ah well.
