Honeycomb
I am not good with insects, and the stinging variety really scare me, having had very bad reactions to wasp stings in the past.
I was very brave today, and watched an estimated 4,000 bees rushing around in a sealed hive. I tried to photograph them but the perspex was quite thick and scratched, so my shots are useless. Instead, here you have some of the honeycomb, a mass of hexagonal wax cells created by bees to store honey and pollen. Isn't nature amazing.
