Rollercoaster Weather

I've given up trying to predict the Welsh weather! It is literally up and down and all over the place. Early this morning it chucked it down, then it was sunny, then a brief torrential rain patch, and then horrible sticky heat again.

Other than that, I had a lovely day :) Went to the Summer House Party at the Union, and then I met up with Lynn, a lovely and wonderful woman at my church who always buys me lovely drinks. Today's was a peach cooler. In the evening my flat and I had pancakes and watched our last Apprentice together. I also managed relatively successfully to combine most of my remaining food in to one meal: a vegetable and potato bake with a garlic mushroom and onion sauce. It was a bit weird but pretty good!
